I am having trouble accessing Signmee.1 vote
We wish to apologise for system disruptions between 9.30 and 10.30 AM (Australian Eastern Time). These disruptions were due to server issues with our host Microsoft Azure. We are currently putting in place some scheduled system reboots to ensure that these disruptions do not happen again.
Administrators need better tools to manage things like;
1. Tags (select multiple for delete etc),
2. Departed students and families need to be archived or removed from the system
3. The ability to filter contacts (not just sort) on more than number. ie - active, inactive, mobile1 vote
We have exactly what you have asked for in our next release. We planned to release Friday last week, but had a few things to work through to ensure that everything was well tested. It will be available in next few days.
Users can now click ‘Add to calendar’ from any Signmee form. The user is prompted to add a calednar date/time for the event, and a calendar .ics file is downloaded onto the person’s device. The file can be viewed in outlook or other calendars.
When a form is received there may be times where the receiver does not want to complete and sign the form. In such cases, the option to 'Decline' and leave a reason would be useful.1 vote
Users can ‘update’ or ‘withdraw’ a signed form any time before the ‘Action by’ date, which can be found on the dashboard of a personal Signmee Inbox. Withdrawn data is removed from the system, and no longer available to the form owner.
