  2. Add calendar feeds for Outlook and Google calendars

    Rather than logging in to Signmee, it would be good to have the ability to send calendar dates to personal Outlook calendar (related to Signmee forms) - all events, or just selected events, depending on personal preference.

  3. Enter password fewer times

  5. Security issues - email enumeration

    Would be good if you changed the links in your emails so that people cannot just increment the last number and essentially get a list of all email addresses using the signmee platform. Surely this is not great?

  8. Group Tags

    It would be super awesome if when you have checked (selected/ticked) a group ready for distribution that there is an option to add them or save them as a group/tag without having to add tags to individual student contacts first ie. a sports team or group of some sort. A bit like the banking apps have save this payee - that type of thing.

    Please add google account sign in as an option! Your help shows it as an option but I do not see it, only Facebook, Microsoft, LinkedIn and maestro maestrano whatever that is

  12. Single invoice

    One invoice for the week for casual bookings would make a huge difference to our inbox.
    Also it would be great to be able to select multiple children when booking casually so you don't have to go through the process multiple (3 in our case times)

    An alert if your child doesn't attend school. I'm thinking as kids get older they walk to school. Would be great to know if they didn't arrive, you got an email alert. Just thoughts...

    Thanks for the feedback. Signmee team are currently building SIF compliant APIs to publish student info for other SIF compliant student systems. This will enable schools to present parents with pre-populated forms, and will give schools the ability to update other systems.
    At the moment all Signmee data can be downloaded in excel or PDF format. These downloads automatically collate response data, removing the need for generating lists and rekeying data.

    Signmee is also integrated with PayPal, POLi, Braintree and BPAY. POLi is closely linked with Xero, allowing schools to automate electronic payment collection, receipting and to a large extent reconciliation.
    Signmee team will be working with Assembly and Edge in an effort to further streamline the systems.

    Good suggestion. We will put the share bar in, This will let you post the title, a message and a link to Signmee to your FB page, LinkedIN…etc. This opens up the option for parents to receive alerts from FB re Signmee. Scheduled – Early Dec.
