Single note for all class groups
Create a filter in the responses tab that allows a single note that has been distributed to a Year group be refined to the class(es) in the filter.
This would minimise the workflow of distributing notes. It would also reduce the number of identical notes in the responses tab. We have to make 7 copies of a note to be able to filter the results to their class groups. It is definitely the wrong way around. There should be one note that goes home to all the groups that need it and then the responses should be filtered.
Even if it was the case that we were able to use the groups to distribute the notes to smaller groups at a time, then use the same distribution groups to review the responses. But from a single note.
Just a suggestion - but I do feel like it would make the whole experience from an admin perspective - more user friendly and manageable.

We have updated the School Dashboard to show distribution by class group. 1 note can be sent to multiple classes. Response data will be collated for the note, however response data is broken down by class on the dashboard.
For schools wishing to view the original response view, they can simply go to the Responses tab.
