Reset my password

If Signmee is set to 'Keep me logged in on this device', and you have forgotten your password (meaning that you are unable to sign any forms), you simply need to log out and select the 'Reset password' option from the log in screen. Once you reset your password an log in, you can use your new password to sign forms.

To reset:

Step 1: Click on your name drop down in the Signmee navigation bar
Step 2: Click on 'Sign out' link
Step 3: Click 'Reset password' link
Step 4: Follow the reset password instructions on your screen
