Should we have one Signmee account per family, or individual accounts for each parent?

It is recommended that everyone, particularly parents/guardians, set up a personal Signmee account. When a school communication is sent via Signmee, both parents will be able to view and respond if necessary. In most instances, only one response is required (e.g. excursion consent signature). 

When a parent responds/signs a communication, the status changes to 'complete' and “read only”. 

Both parents will see who responded, what the response was, and when it was responded to. The school will also see this from the linked school account.
