Alert settings - notifications when parents update medical form

In member settings (Edit member), you can now select the alert 'Medical form update alert' (See below). It is recommended that this alert is set once the school has received a signed Medical form (usually at the start of the year). Whenever the medical form is sent to students and updated, the Medical form alert will notify administrators the exact details updated. This is useful for general school knowledge, and can be transferred to other management or information systems containing student data.
