Alert email was not able to be delivered to parent

If a Signmee alert email is rejected by a parents email provider (for various reasons including full mailboxes, closed accounts), we will send your school the following advice:

Please be advised that the attached alert did not reach the parent. The reason is provided below from SendGrid, our email provider. PLEASE NOTE: The Signmee form was still delivered to the parent's Signmee inbox. The parent can go to directly to Signmee to view/reply to the form.

Please ask the parent to check their email address in their Signmee, and update if necessary.
