I have added a new parent and I now need to send them the past forms (old forms)

If a new parent has been added to a student contact (E.g. the father has been added) and you would like the parent to receive past forms, you simply 'Send reminder'.

Steps to Send Reminder to new parent:
  • Go to the Responses tab
  • Find the form you would like to send to the parent
  • Click on the number showing the totals the form was sent to (to get to the list of recipients)
  • Find the child linked to the parent, and click “Send reminder link”. This will send a new copy to the parent
