  2. Add calendar feeds for Outlook and Google calendars

    Rather than logging in to Signmee, it would be good to have the ability to send calendar dates to personal Outlook calendar (related to Signmee forms) - all events, or just selected events, depending on personal preference.

    Please add google account sign in as an option! Your help shows it as an option but I do not see it, only Facebook, Microsoft, LinkedIn and maestro maestrano whatever that is

    Show amount owed on page where you mark as paid. This would mean not having to go into each person individually to check they are paying the correct amount.

    Good suggestion. We will put the share bar in, This will let you post the title, a message and a link to Signmee to your FB page, LinkedIN…etc. This opens up the option for parents to receive alerts from FB re Signmee. Scheduled – Early Dec.

  16. Single invoice

    One invoice for the week for casual bookings would make a huge difference to our inbox.
    Also it would be great to be able to select multiple children when booking casually so you don't have to go through the process multiple (3 in our case times)

    Thanks for the feedback. Signmee team are currently building SIF compliant APIs to publish student info for other SIF compliant student systems. This will enable schools to present parents with pre-populated forms, and will give schools the ability to update other systems.
    At the moment all Signmee data can be downloaded in excel or PDF format. These downloads automatically collate response data, removing the need for generating lists and rekeying data.

    Signmee is also integrated with PayPal, POLi, Braintree and BPAY. POLi is closely linked with Xero, allowing schools to automate electronic payment collection, receipting and to a large extent reconciliation.
    Signmee team will be working with Assembly and Edge in an effort to further streamline the systems.
